Lastly, we work together to understand what your goals are, brainstorm how to move towards those goals, and implement the steps necessary to reach them so that you can begin to feel better and live your life in Harmony.
Neuropsychological Testing and Short Term Counseling Focusing On You
I provide brief, solution focused therapy for adults with trauma, anxiety, and depression. I also offer complete neuropsychological testing for ADHD and Autism. Through goals and mindfulness, we create a plan that will improve the quality of your life.
Tools for Mental Health
I use mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapy. I also use EMDR, dialectical behavior therapy as well as acceptance and commitment therapy. and meditation.
I use empirical, scientific, and evidence based approaches that have been researched to be effective for trauma, anxiety and depression. Together we create a toolkit full of healthy coping mechanisms that you can draw on throughout your life.

How I Can Help
I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety and depression using mindfulness. This means that beyond my doctoral degree in psychology, I have had additional education and training in these areas, which require a clinician who is knowledgeable with experience, empathy, and genuine concern. Staying up to date on new research, knowing how to apply different therapeutic techniques, and being familiar with the unique struggles individuals face who have trauma, anxiety and depression, are essential in getting good care.
